Happy 4th of July!

Sugar Bear says happy 4th of July! She is wearing a dress that was her cousin Kelsey's.

We had a relaxing 4th of July around here. We hadn't been to see fireworks (well professional ones anyway) in a couple of years so we headed to the big RC to watch some this evening. They actually have a pretty good dispaly for such a small town and the traffic and the crowds are small and tolerable! :) We usually just shoot off our own and watch all the neighbors do the same but we figured we could do that when we got home. Actually Trev is out watering the yard and the roof and has already put out one grass fire that I know of. I really need to get pictures of that. It is quite histerical. The boy goes into fireman mode when he sees fire. It was a small fire last time. Last year he helped put out a whole pasture on fire. Anyway, back to the story here. I knew it would be stretch for sugar bear to stay awake for the fireworks since she is usually asleep between 8-9 and the fireworks started at 9:30. But hey you only have your first 4th of July once so I said what the heck and as usual sugar bear enjoyed it and went with the flow! :) I will let the pics tell the rest of the story! :) Hope everyone had a fun 4th of July! P.S. Trev just came in to tell me that he has put out another fire and is now loading up the 4 wheeler with some fire fighting tools! :)

Bear has a funny face but I thought it was cute none the less

I couldn't see and chopped trev's head off but thought it was cute pic of them waiting on fireworks to start. She looks a lot like him in this pic! :)

There is his head!

Mommy and bear waiting for fireworks!

Of course Duke the dog went along too.

Sugar bear watched the fireworks very intently. Who knows what she is thinking! Probably..."My mommy and daddy have me out WAY past my bedtime for this!?!?"

Then about 1/2 way through she decided she had enough 4th of July fun and was out! She is actually alseep in her bed right now with her 4th of July dress on so maybe she didn't want to give up on the fun just yet! :)
