Six Flags

We went to Six Flags on Sunday and the girls (and us) had the time of their lives.  They are definelty adrenaline junkies already!  We bought season passes so we can go the rest of this year and all next year.  I can't wait until Holiday in the park and I just love being out at the park.

The planes seemed to be one of their favorites.  There really are a lot of rides for them to ride out there.  We didn't even make it to all of them.

Sorry for these not so great cell phone pictures but this one cracks me up.  A parent has to ride so there is Trev in the back!  He looks as big as the truck.

All that fun does require a little nap

Yes, my child ran around six flags without shoes half the time.  I can't seem to kepe shoes on her and sometimes it just isn't worth the battle

The smallest adrenaline junkie.  The only time she cried was when we took her OFF the rides.  She wanted to just ride over and over.  She soon figured out the process and happily waited her turn in line.

Swing were another favorite.

Thought that face was pretty funny!

Sugie is flying

Time for a little Conquistador or as the girls called it the "giant ship"
We rode in the middle the first time.

Sisters faces were pretty funny and everyone thought it was crazy that she was riding it.  She would have this look of fear going forward and then be smiling going backward.  I thought for sure when it was over she wouldn't want to go again.  Nope, AGAIN, SHIP AGAIN!

My equilibrium in my old age STINKS!  One time even in the middle was enough for me!  So, daddy took them both again.  This was the best picture I could get.  Mckenzie is on there too but she is too short to see. :)

Can you guess what ride this is?  Another favorite. :)

Waiting on the train.  It was a great day and we enjoyed many other rides that I didn't even get pictures of like the roller coaster.  Mckenzie would ride it if she were big enough and Bailey would probably ride the Titan if she were big enough.  Bailey is actually just shy of being 42 inches and then there will be even more rides for her to ride.  I am pretty sure she will ride them too. :)  It was a beautiful day and was really not to crowded.  Can't wait to go again. :)

Blase Family Farm

We went to the Blase Family Farm again today.  We went last year for the pumpkin patch, picked blueberries this summer and back again this year for the pumpkin patch.  Mckenzie was very excited about wearing her new pumpkin dress that my friend Shelli made! Thanks Shelli!

First we fed the goats.

Here sister here is some goat feed.  Sister was not a fan of feeding the goats! HA!

We were the first people there today!  Such a nice little place.  Feels like you are out of the city but you are in fact right in the middle of it.

Sugie feeding the cow.

"Moo! Moo!"

Sugie Checking out her height!

She has grown quite a bit since last year!

"Daddy is between the 6 and the 7.   He is 6 years old!"  HA!

How tall is sister?

She has for sure grown since last year.  :)

Tried for another picture together.

Same story last year! No one is looking! :)

Sister in Sugie in the pumpkin

This by far was one of their favorite things.  Riding on the "train"

I liked it too.

It warms my heart to see them riding around together.

We tried another family picture in the pumpkin.  Whoever took the picture was a little too close.

I think we had a little more luck last year!

Next up was the hay ride.  Sister in Daddy enjoying the ride.

Me and my girls.

Me and my Sugie

This is how sister aka little miss independent rode the rest of the hay ride.  Right in the middle by herself without anyone touching her.  ;)

Sister having fun on the hay bales

School snacks

It was Sugie's turn to bring snacks to her class this week.  I wanted her to take something that she was excited about so I had been asking what she wanted to take to share with her friends but she would just always tell me something yummy.  I had pinned these butterfly snacks a long time ago on pinterest for Mckenzie's birthday party but never made them.  I remember Sugie seeing the picture and being very excited about it.  So, I showed her the picture again and she was very excited to take those and I new that she would enjoy making them.  Plus, I already had all the supplies and goldfish and grapes were on sale! Double Score!

So, we started first painted the clothes pins.

Sister of course wanted to help too.

She mostly made a mess.  We let her keep her own art work rather than sharing with the class.

Not this monkey though.  She paints very carefully.

Next we glued the eyes on the clothes pins.

Sister decorated hers up too.

Then we put the snacks in and applied the antenna.  Sugie wasn't much help in this part and mostly just watched and looked cute!

Done!

Sugie is very proud of them and this is what she does when I asked her to hold things up now.  :)  HA!  Hope her class enjoys them because I am not going to lie they were a lot more work than I thought!
