Life outside of the onsie

Hello it is Bailey here. Do you like my outfit? Apparently it is easier for my mommy to dress me in onsies all the time so that is what I have been wearing since I got home from the hospital. Anyway, today she dressed me in something different and I am feeling quite fashionable and wanted to share. I went to the chiropractor today with mom and everyone thought I was pretty cute. Why is mom at the chiropractor? Apparently with my fancy exit out of the womb I have thrown her pelivs a little out of whack! Sorry mom. :)

2 weeks....packin' on the pounds and doin' great

Bailey was 2 weeks old yesterday! Yipee, but time is going to fast! We had her 2 week checkup and she is weighing in at 8 lbs 7.5 ounces which is a whole pound more than when we left the hospital. She continues to be happy most of the time and is letting me get sleep in 3 hour consecutive increments so I can't complain! Above is her 2 week pic with the sock monkey

Different faces and Mimi's hats

Many of you have asked for an update and some more pics. We are still all doing really well. Trev has been home the last week and it has been a big help. Bailey makes really funny faces and is enjoying her new hats from Mimi.

First Walk and visit from Mimi and Poppy

Mimi and Poppy came out for a visit today and brought yummy roast for lunch. Since it was a really nice day we decided to venture for our first walk! :) Bailey stayed awake and alert the whole time.

I am going to try and take pictures over time with Bailey and my sock monkey from my childhood so that all can see how big she is getting. It hard to believe that it has already been a week. Time is already going by too quickly! I am not sure what Bailey thinks about the monkey!

Bailey is doing great and we all seem to be settling in around here. So far for the most part she seems to be a really happy baby. She is fussing less during diaper changes and really likes for you to sing to her. She is nursing really well as me and her are getting the hang of that together. Trev and I have been getting enough sleep here and there and for the most part feel really well. Knock on wood so far things seem a little easier than I think we both expected. Here are some random pics of her over the last few days. Many people have asked about visitors and when would be a good time to come. We are up for visitors at any time.
